Extra persons over 4 charged at $25.00 extra for each up to maximum allowed in unit
No extra charge for children under 2 yrs. - Baby gear available at no extra cost
Standard bookings - 3 Night deposit at booking - fully refundable with 21 days notice - balance of payment due on arrival
Bookings for Dec. 16 - Jan. 06 require full payment 45 days prior to arrival -refunds applicable only with 45 days notice
13% Government Tax will be added to bill
No Service Charge added to bill - tipping at your discretion
