This is real oceanfront living. Situated on Seven Mile Beach, our condo (#16 Tamarind Bay) is the entire second floor of a two-floor building (1,712 sq. ft.) The view is unobstructed, so you will enjoy watching the surf break on the shore as you look out upon the ocean. There is snorkeling with lots of marine life right outside, a freshwater pool, loungers, umbrellas, and spectacular sunsets. Sit out on the screened-in lanai or in front of the picture window and enjoy being on the ocean. Relax with the sight and sound of the waves.
The master bedroom, den, and living room have large sliding glass doors that open onto the wide screened-in deck, which has an expansive view. Relax in front of the large picture window and simply be present. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. There are views of the ocean throughout, including the master, guest, den, and the open kitchen/dining/living area. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed and twin sofa sleeper in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the den.
The condo includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, beach towels, Wi-Fi Internet, reserved parking, and a large lanai with expansive views. There is cable TV in both bedrooms and the den. The front door has an electronic code lock, so you will not need to keep track of keys or cards during your stay.
Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so a car is convenient but optional. The Marriot, located just to the north, offers a range of water sports/activities.
